私たちは、常にチャレンジを恐れず、トライ＆エラーを繰り返しながら習得と成長を続ける姿勢を大切にしています。
サッカーにおいては、試合で戦うために欠かせない個人戦術を高める基本トレーニングを徹底するとともに、 戦術理解、予知能力、メンタル強化、フィジカル面の向上にも力を入れて取り組んでいます。 さらに、FC生・ジュニアユースは全国の強豪チームとのトレーニングマッチや多様な大会に積極的に挑戦し、実戦経験を積んでいます。
また、外部講師による食育・栄養指導、走り方指導、コーディネーショントレーニング、メンタルトレーニングなども取り入れ、 選手一人ひとりの成長を多角的にサポートしています。
サッカーに限らず、幅広い分野で活躍できる人材を育成することを目指し、私たちは 「常に自ら考え、挑戦し、スキルアップし続けられる選手」の育成に取り組んでいます。
Team Philosophy
We value the spirit of never fearing challenges, embracing trial and error, and continuing to grow through constant learning.
In football, we place strong emphasis on mastering the fundamentals and developing individual tactics essential for competing in matches. At the same time, we focus on tactical understanding, anticipation, mental resilience, and physical strength. Our players, including FC and Junior Youth members, actively take part in training matches with top teams across the country and participate in various tournaments to gain valuable experience.
Beyond football itself, we provide holistic support through programs such as nutrition and dietary guidance, running techniques, coordination training, and mental conditioning delivered by external specialists.
Our mission is to nurture not only skilled football players, but also individuals who can thrive in diverse fields. We aim to develop players who can think for themselves, rise to every challenge, and continue to improve their skills.

サッカーはチームスポーツでありながら、一人ひとりの判断と行動の積み重ねで成り立つ競技です。
だからこそ、私たちが目指すのは、ピッチ上で自立したプレーができる選手、そして社会に出ても自分の力で道を切り拓ける人間を育てることです。
全国大会での経験や数々の実績は、選手たちが「圧倒的自立」を体現してきた証だと考えています。 FC ALONZAでの挑戦を通じて、一人でも多くの子どもたちが、自信を持って未来に踏み出してくれることを願っています。
Soccer is a team sport, yet every play depends on the decisions and actions of each individual. That is why our goal is to nurture players who can act with Absolute Independence on the pitch, and who, beyond soccer, can also carve out their own path in society.
Our achievements — including experiences at national tournaments and strong results — are proof that our players have embodied this philosophy. Through their journey with FC ALONZA, I hope that as many children as possible will gain the confidence to step boldly into their future.
